My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were great with two comfy queen beds, super clean, and had plenty of lights on dimmers, which was a nice touch. The staff was really professional and helpful, and the hotel and our room were in pristine condition. However, the dining options were a bit limited during the week. The location was perfect, especially being so close to the sports arena and within walking distance of many Cleveland attractions.
Although our stay was pleasant overall, there were a few drawbacks to consider. The room, with its view of the heritage building across the street, was comfortable but lacked certain amenities like a coffee maker and turndown service. The service was friendly and efficient despite some minor issues like cold fireplace mornings. The prime location made exploring downtown Cleveland very convenient, being within walking distance of key attractions. The dining experience was slow due to service struggles, but the tater tots were a notable dish. Overall, the hotel offers a mixed but satisfying experience.
For our anniversary, the hotel provided us with a comfortable bed, great pillows, a good size closet with a safe, iron, and ironing board, as well as a large bathroom with a really big shower. I was impressed that when I realized I forgot toothpaste, a staff member was at my door within 2 minutes of my call with the toothpaste. The only downside was having only one shower head on the wall.
